Refunds & Returns

ORDER CANCELLATION

Upon placement of your order, you will have 12/24 hours (depending on shipping cycles) to cancel if you wish to do so, contacting us via email support@halloween-depot.com. This will only apply  if your order has not already been shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has unfortunately it can no longer be cancelled.

RETURNS, REFUNDS and SHIPPING COSTS

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you’re welcome to do so within 14 days from the date that you relieved the product. This date comes from your tracking records. If 14 days has past since your purchase, unfortunately  we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

at support@halloween-depot.com with details of your purchase / copy of your order.

Please do not send your purchase back to us or the manufacturer. Once your email is received we will provide you with return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

REFUNDS OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (if applicable) 

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our products that are defective or damaged during shipping.  If this were to apply to you, please let us know via email at support@halloween-depot.com and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

At Halloween-Depot, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to request an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at support@halloween-depot.com and will be process any necessary paperwork and exchanges for you.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded if it meets the criteria above, this includes discounted items marked as “XX% OFF” offers. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, this is applicable to items marked as “SALE” only.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@halloween-depot.com. 

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service when returning an item/s. We cannot be responsible for item/s lost in transit and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
